为保证2017-2018学年春季学期研究生课程教学工作顺利进行，现拟招聘若干名教学助理，有关招聘工作通知如下：

Applications for WISE teaching assistant (TA) positions are accepted now. Please see below the application procedures.

一、招聘项目（具体课程见助教招聘网站）Programs (please refer to the application website for course lists)

1.两院研究生统开课程SOE-WISE MA Core Courses

2.两院研究生专业课程SOE-WISE MA Field Courses

3.两院国际硕士、国际博士项目 SOE-WISE International MA & Ph.D.’s Programs

注：亚南院硕博研究生申请助教时以英文课程为主，非英文课程不计入服务工作量。

Notice: WISE students should mainly apply for English-teaching courses, other non-English-teaching courses cannot be counted in service workload.  

二、助教的主要职责 Main Responsibilities

1.随堂听课、记录学生考勤；

Attend lectures and take attendance (If a TA is not able to attend the lectures due to his/her own course schedule, he/she should get permission from the course instructor and report to the corresponding program coordinator and director).

2.协助老师负责作业、考试的批改；

Grade assignments and exams.

3.负责每周1次习题课或复习课的主讲；

Conduct TA sessions (once per week).

4.每周2个小时office hour（安排固定的场所）；

Offer office hours for individual consultation (2 hours per week, coordinate by students and TAs).

5.其他相关的教学辅助工作(如监考、提交课程档案等)；

Other assigned tasks (such as exam supervision, submit course documents).

6.其它参照《厦门大学经济学科助教工作条例》执行。

Other responsibilities refer to the XMU-Economics TA Management Ordinance.

三、 招聘对象Eligibility

两院在读研究生（2017级新生除外）和 硕博连读生。

Current master and Ph.D. students (except for those who were enrolled in September 2017).

四、招聘条件 Requirements

1.热爱经济学，有良好的专业素质和道德修养；

Have enthusiasm in studying economics and possess a strong work ethic.

2.工作严谨、踏实，忠于职守、认真负责；

Be responsible, hardworking and reliable.

3.具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力和组织能力；

Possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.

4.具有较强的英语表达能力者优先；

Have a good command of English (preferred).

5.修过报名课程且成绩良好者优先。

Passed the course with good performance (preferred).

五、工作待遇 Payment（depends on program and class size）

博士生担任两院研究生统开课程助教的，除计算工作量以外，还有一定的薪酬补贴；担任其它项目的课程，若计算在核定工作量内的，不再发放薪酬。其余助教待遇按如下标准发放：

Notice: For Ph.D. students, if you apply for Core Courses, you can get both salary and add to your service workload; applying for other courses will not be paid if you choose to count it as your service work.

第一轮录取结果公布时间：2月7日前。由申请者登陆系统查看。

The results will be announced before Feb. 7th through registration system.

第二轮报名时间：2月中旬

Application time（second round）: Mid- February, 2018.
